A webinar is a course that is held over the internet (web). Every single participant logs onto a bridge link a web page where all members are accessing the same page. You can hear to the webinar via your computer or via a telephone bridge series. Following are the suggestions for ensuring each web seminar is conducive to learning for everybody. Please review these guidelines if you are fresh to webinars and web conferencing learning.

    Logging on

    2. You're going to be provided a website link to click to from TeneoTalent. Log in a couple of minutes before the beginning of the class. Note the day, time, phone quantity and link for the webinar in your appointments. An individual want to miss the webinar because you can't locate this information!

    * Log in and give us a call at in on time. Just like going to a class in an actual classroom, showing up late can create an interruption and you don't want to miss any materials!!

    * After you've called the provided phone amount, you'll be asked (by a recording) for the pass code for the class. (Typically 6 digits) You will have recently been given the pass code by TeneoTalent when you were given the cellphone number. Enter the go code when instructed, adopted by the # key.

    * If you have trouble getting through, check the number and the pass code to be sure to have dialed it effectively. Also, double check enough time and the time area. If you want assistance in transforming time
    The Phone Data

    * Make sure you use a corded cellphone (land line) if at all possible. Other cellphone lines (cell phone, Skype) often cause interference with the conference line and can disrupt the clearness for all on the call. If you have to use a cordless home phone, please be informed of any risk (echoes or static) your line might bring with it. Likewise, please do not use the speakerphone feature on your phone as that creates echoes and it does not provide the clearest line for all of us to hear you.

    3. Just like attending an in-person class, it's important you aren't distracted during school time, so please be in a quiet place where you can give attention to the material and chat.

    * It's essential you understand how to silence yourself at risk. The phone may have it is own mute button. Make sure you become familiar with how to use it. Should your phone does not have a mute button, the conference call line has this technology: to silence yourself, press *6 on your telephone. If you wish to talk, press *6 again and you will un-mute yourself. *6 is like a toggle button for muting on and off.

    * Always be conscious if you are on mute and the noises level around you. In the event you're not on silence, the whole class can hear your conversation and the noise with you! The quality of the type is completely dependent after the participants respect for keeping the line calm. Be considerate and may have a conversation (even if you think most likely whispering), don't do the dishes and don't answer the door during the webinar unless you're sure you have muted your line!

    * Also, please do not put all of us on-hold if you are in an office environment or on the phone that is not your own. There may be "hold music" played that will be transmitted to the phone call. If you need to take another call, it can fine to hang up from the webinar and give us a call at in again.

    Getting started with the Webinar

    * In the beginning of the webinar, the instructor may ask for participants to identify themselves. You can identify yourself or not, it's up to you, but we'd wish to know you're there!

    * In the event that you have to become a member of late, that's OK, just dial in and participate in the discussion where the class is. However, please do not ask to go over material that has already been protected.
